DS3 (we ended up naming him Ethan) was born via repeat c-section Wednesday morning @ 37 wks exactly (scheduled because of my high risk history and my bp was getting funky towards the end), he was 5 lbs 13 oz and 18.25 inches-a little peanut! We came home Saturday and have been getting back to normal. C-section #4 was ridiculously easy- totally off motrin and tylenol now and that was all I needed after it. DS3 is a ridiculously mellow baby, awesome at nursing, awesome at sleeping, we are feeling very very lucky right now.

My good friend recently started doing birth photography (after years of doing newborns) and took time off her FT job to come take pictures for us. We are so glad it all worked out, my OB was awesome about letting her come along and it was a lot more fun in pre-op and all having her there to talk to along with DH.
