Sun: shredded chicken and biscuits w/ mashed potatoes and peas (super easy to build the chicken for a long time, falls off the bone and easy to shred. Use broth to create a white sauce)
Mon: spaghetti with marinara and venison sausage
    Tues: steak stir fry
    Wed: leftovers
Thurs: hamburger helper (I'm not home for dinner and it's a favorite gluten full meal for the kids)
    Fri: TBD
Mom to two amazing DDs ('07 & '09) and a fur baby.

Gluten free since Nov '11 after non-celiac gluten sensitive diagnosis. Have had great improvement or total elimination of: migraines, bloating/distention, heartburn, cystic acne, canker sores, bleeding gums, eczema on elbows, dry skin and scalp, muscle cramps, PMS, hair loss, heart palpitations, fatigue. I'm amazed.

I used this recipe - substituting bok choy for pea shoots.

Wednesday: garlic shrimp with pasta and salad (10 minute meal for TKD night)

Thursday: chicken tikka masala with veggies, basmati rice (I use a jarred sauce and frozen veggies for a super, super easy meal)

Friday: Panko crusted chicken tenders, green beans, salad

Saturday and Sunday: leftovers and homemade chicken soup
May I ask what jar sauce you use for chicken tikka masala?

Sure! This is the sauce my supermarket carries.

Patak's Tikka Masala Curry Cooking Sauce, Medium, 15-Ounce Glass Jars (Pack of 6) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001HTI4EC..._IFx-vbB9ZN2SJ

ETA: Boy, the reviews are pretty negative! I like this sauce. I use it straight with no tweaking and haven't noticed it to be too vinegary or salty. It's not as good as a restaurant, but it's tasty and EASY!!! I use a bag of broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots, a bag of mixed vegetables, and cut-up chicken breasts or thighs. I do add salt, because all those frozen veggies are pretty bland, but otherwise, I cook the veggies through, pour in the sauce, add the chicken, and simmer until the chicken is cooked.

Thanks! Will have to see if my store carries it.
