Default What's the latest and greatest in potties?

DD2 (22 months) is starting to show interest in the toilet, so I brought up the small Baby Bjorn Smart Potty from the basement. DD1 was sitting on it just for play, and I asked her if it was comfortable and she said no. DD1 is taller than DD2 but they are 10 lb or less different in weight. I'm wondering if I should look into something a little larger and more comfortable. Any recommendations?

We got the Bjorn Potty Chair for 3 differently-sized children and they were all fine with it. I've forgotten how big DD was when she was using it most often, but probably 2T/3T clothes?

That was the big chair, not the small one, right?

We have the one you linked as "big chair" and it worked well for us. I'm guessing now that DD is used to a big potty, she wouldn't like it anymore, but she liked it when she was using it and never complained! She's always been about 50th percentile for height and weight and was using it around 2 years old.

Yes, the "big chair" not the little one you linked.

The one with a back. I figured it was all plastic, so even if waste got onto it because she sat incorrectly or something, I could simply hose it off.

I used this for DD and loved it. No extra potty to clean or take up space.

DD1 loved this but DD2 will not get near it. Sigh.

We have the Fisher Price potty with the handles. DD2 seems to like and will sit on it to "pretend." She won't go near without a diaper though.

Stays dry for long periods, tells us when she needs a new diaper but won't go near the potty.

It has a height adjustment :
