Treadmill at 4:45 this morning! I knew it was going to be a busy day and got up early so I wouldn't skip my workout.
I am in! I am running two Turkey Trot 5K (Sunday and Thanksgiving), so I am motivated for the next week and a half, but worried that it will fall off a cliff after that, and as it gets colder (I run outside).
My goal is 3-4 runs a week, 2 with DS2 in the stroller, and 1-2 on my own on the weekend...

Today was my rest day and tonight/tomorrow will be traveling. My big downfall is that when I travel I don't work out. This is my post to say I need to workout tomorrow at the hotel!

Darn it, DH has a meeting tonight so I can't get cardio in. Tomorrow is cardio and lifting.
3.5 miles on the treadmill and my StrongLifts program. I am pooped.
Great thread idea!!
I was sidelined for 2 weeks after a nasty fall while running but this weekend was able to go run again. yesterday (Wednesday) i managed to sneak off work early and go to a hot yoga class. It was great but DANG it was hard and i felt so wiped today!!
anyway we;re off to Disney this weekend so dont' think i'll get workouts in (though i'm sure i'll get tons of steps in!). after getting back will try to get back into running. i signed up for a 15k race in February (my first race in over a decade, eek!). several coworkers/ friends have signed up too so I can't chicken out
and great reminders re: weight lifting..i really need to get into that habit. i enjoy yoga and running and they are great stress relievers, but weight lifting, not so much although i know i really need to do it!
