We have the Kuhn Rikon y-peeler one in purple for DD to use on carrots - it's shorter than my OXO one and has a nice chunky handle, so it's easy for her little paws to grip.

LOVE it, but, yes, do rinse it immediately and let it air dry. We've run it through the dishwasher by mistake and it's rusted now. Santa will need to replace it!
