Default How do you carry water with you when you run?

As I get longer miles in when running, I need to carry water. I have a sports bottle that I carry with me, but it can be a pain, especially with all the sloshing.

Do I need to trade up to a Camelback Backpack (would serve me right for selling them at a yardsale this summer!), or is there something in between? Thanks!

I love my Camelback if I'm running more than 5 miles. I love water. .

I used to just use a small disposable bottle. My route went through a university campus and I knew where the water fountains were to refill.

I have an Amphipod running belt that holds water bottles. I much prefer the Camelback. But, I also like the contour of the bottles it came with so I sometimes hand carry them.

There's a bottle I've seen at LL bean and TJ Maxx that is a little bottle with a neoprene sleeve that has a handle. That's next on my list.

I have one of these small handhelds: http://www.amazon.com/Nathan-Quick-H...+bottle+nathan

I like that the neoprene sleeve just slips on your hand and you don't have to hold onto it. But it is small so I wouldn't use it for anything longer than 4-5mi.

I love my Simple Hydration water bottle. http://www.simplehydration.com/ I tucked it inside my waistband on the back.

For long runs, Fitletic hydration belt works great. http://www.amazon.com/Fitletic-Hydra...words=fitletic Mine doesn't bounce at all.
