Does anyone have a kick-ass recipe? DD2 (who doesn't eat any other veggie bug cauliflower) requested it for Thanksgiving. She likes the cauliflower cheese soup at Sweet Tomatoes so something similar...
Bonus if it can be made in a Vitamix...

I'm not a cauliflower fan so haven't made this yet but it look intriguing and I pinned it for my cauliflower liking family. We've enjoyed other recipes from this site.

This broccoli cheese soup is really delicious. I wonder if you could just sub cauliflower for the broccoli and white cheddar for the cheese. Oh, and skip the spinach. IIRC, it's just there to brighten the color.
