Not sure how new this is but I just noticed it, Zulily has an extra 30% off up to $15 max if you do visa checkout [which doesn't have to be a visa card, btw], ebates is 1%.

The Alex color a rocket is 14.99,[ lowest price on amazon per camelcamelcamel was 19.99], I also bought myself some croc flats that were only 17. The 30% off covered a dollar more than the shipping costs so not a crazy savings but at least it made shipping "free".
