Default what is your tween wearing for holiday church, and celebrations?

My Dd1 has all of a sudden become resistant to dresses. She has a singing performance at 1 pm on Thursday 12/17 at school, and then on Christmas Eve (4 pm) at church and followed by Christmas Eve dinner at my aunt and uncle's house. She has this dress from her cousin's wedding this past August and I can buy her a red or green sash to go with it, but she is being resistant. I would like her to wear a dress or at least a sweater set with a skirt, but I really don't know what to do. I need something that is dressy, but not over the top dressy like I am guessing she thinks the linked dress now is.

She has this sweater and floral jeggings (and they look nicer than standard jeggings due to the floral print) outfit from The Gap which she could wear to school, but I have a feeling she would be one of the only girls not in a dress.

My DD (9.5) doesn't like dresses either. We usually pair a sweater with nice jeggings for nicer occasions. She will wear maxi skirts. Target has some cute ones.
