Has anyone seen character PJs for boys in bigger sizes? I need a size 10 if they are tight fitting. DS loves character pjs and now that he's getting into the bigger sizes I can't find them. He has lots of pants from the winter but it's getting too warm here to wear pants to bed. He hates the polyester ones. I always buy the cotton ones from Crazy 8, Gymboree, Carters, etc. But they don't sell the character ones. Walmart has them in the toddler section but nothing in older boys. Don't really want to pay Hanna prices.

Could you just do cotton t-shirts? Target has lots of character t's. Paired with some solid cotton bottoms.

Found some at Kohls, not sure why I didn't think to look there before. They also have just pj shorts which I have never been able to find. I have tried the t-shirt and short combo before and DS doesn't like it, not sure why he likes the matching pajama sets.
