Turkey stuffed peppers?

I'd never made or eaten stuffed peppers before, but I just made this recipe last night:

I used brown rice and left out the cheese because I didn't have any. It was very bland. I ended up using extra salt at the table which helped. It might have been much better with the missing cheese, and I could always doctor up this recipe. In any case, I really liked the idea of the stuffed peppers, and they were easy to make, so I'm wondering if anyone has a great, flavorful recipe that would taste good with ground turkey. (I don't eat beef.) I'd like to try them again!
