How much of a climber is she? I ask because we never did any dresser door childproofing and I never saw the need. The dressers are anchored to the wall and I'm careful to not put appealing things like piggy banks on top of the furniture that would encourage climbing. The only time I wished we had dresser latches was during the lovely 12-18 months pull everything mommy nicely folded out of your drawers and create your own huge mess phase but that passed quickly in the scheme of things.

Depends on the context... I don't think she's a big climber. She likes climbing onto couches, up on the kitchen chairs, and onto adult beds. But she's never tried to climb onto too many things that aren't meant to be sat on at least by adults... like dresser drawers or things. She might get it in her mind someday to do it, but she hasn't really yet. Worst thing recently is she got up on her little 1.5 foot high play table... the mood struck her for whatever reason ;-).
