Fashion bloggers who live somewhere with 4 distinct seasons?

(and especially a long winter? )

I follow a couple of blogs that I really like- "Putting Me Together" and "sheaffertoldmeto," but I believe that one lives in CA, and the other lives in TX. I've gotten a lot of cute tips from them for spring, summer, and fall outfits and accessories, but I'd like some good ideas for winter, as well. We have long, cold, snowy winters here, and I'd love ideas for cute outfits (including outerwear) that addresses the demands of our climate. I'm mainly looking for casual outfits; don't need work attire. I need lower-priced ideas, too- basically ON, Gap, Loft, BR, Target, Macy's, with a little Nordstrom thrown in if the pieces are not too expensive.

Any ideas?

I believe the Extra Petite blogger lives in NE somewhere but her clothes are typically mid to high priced. Daily Connoisseur is another.

Extra Petite blogger lives in Boston and The Mom Edit is also in the northeast but they they're both mid to high end.

Franish is in the midwest and is more mid end. (Loft, BR)

I think Franish is currerntly/temporarily in NY/PA area for med school.

The Mom Edit usually runs pretty pricey, too pricey for me anyway. I usually just look to get ideas because I cannot justify $250 for a sleeveless blouse (for example).

Brooklyn Blonde is in Brooklyn, NY. She might be too trendy, buy she just had a baby a few months ago so maybe her style will trend down a bit. She is an old online beauty forum friend of mine (we met 15 yrs. ago) so while her style isn't mine and post kids I don't have her body I am really happy for her, and she has received a lot of positive press.
