    Default Favorite protein powder?

    I'm looking for a way to boost protein in smoothies. Any recommendations on a low carb option that tastes good?

    I love Solgar Whey to Go in chocolate, with PB2 powder and unsweetened chocolate almond milk. It's SO good!

    Thx! That does sound good! Where do you buy it?

    I have liked the Pb2 powder so will get some more of that.
    Found only sweetened chocolate almond milk at trader joes today so will look at another store tomorrow!

    We just add peanut or almond butter to the smoothie. We also add chia seeds. 2 tbs gives 11 grams fiber and 5 grams protein.
    loving my dh and our littles (dd ~ 11 yrs, ds ~ 9 yrs, ds ~ 7 yrs, dd ~ 5 yrs and baby brother ~ 20 mo)
