Outdoor christmas light recommendations?

I've never bought outdoor christmas lights--have tried a few times after christmas hoping for better deals, with no luck. Is there a best place to buy? Best brand, etc?

I want white icicles for the house and colored lights for the trees/bushes. I know I could just go to target and get some, but not sure if those will last more than a year or two? I want good quality for a good price!

Suggestions?

I got icicle ones from costco - GE led. They were 19.99 a box. They are hard plastic icicles verses the hanging string lights ones. I love them. They twinkle and put off a lot of light.
