Which game console for a 6yo? Xbox, PS2, etc? Also want a guitar game for 6yo

Find then just buy the XBOX One with Kinect. Plenty of people have suggested it in other threads.

. The gaming sites say that guitar hero and guitar hero alive way better or the game is better for the PS4. We mainly do sports action games so that was not a concern of mine we are getting an Xbox one to upgrade from our Xbox 360

They make not make new games for the Wii U, but they'll still sell games for it. We like it. The kids love the Mario games. But, none of mine need any sports games and those are more popular on the other consoles.

Isn't PS2 old and discontinued? Do they make games for that still? I don't know, but check before you go that route.

I'd look at the games that interest your kid and go from there.

We have Guitar Hero and Rock Band for Wii. They're fine. Maybe they could be better with the PS4 but you don't miss what you don't have.
No one here plays any sports games. We have a PS3, PS4 and WiiU.
