Which week for Disney is better? (WDW)

DS1 will be transferring into our public district from private secular school this Fall. That means we'll have extra free week for a vacation in November, known as the Jersey week in early November. It's 4 day break, nit including the weekend.

We were planning on doing Disney as a family next spring break (week leading up to Easter? But now I'm wondering whether going in November is better?

Can anyone chime in which week is more doable as far crowd, pricing, and weather?? We'd like to use the pool at the onsite resort!

DON'T go Easter Week! It is so crowded that it can close due to hitting capacity (which happened to us!). It costs more too. November will be far, far....better.

I agree with PP, November will be much lower crowds than the week leading up to Easter.

November will be better, but NJ week is still a crowded week. Pulling out of school before or after Jersey week is your best bet so you can use some of Jersey week but also have some days without it.

Starts on the 7th, falls on Tuesday this year. Runs through that whole week, so essentially kids would only be in school for one day (Monday) that week.

Just keep in mind that it's also a Gubernatorial Election year in NJ, so if you won't be in state to vote, remember to fill out your absentee ballot in time!

Thanks all! November it is for us then! we really want to stay at the Polynesian resort and they only have club level rooms available right now. As for the election, we'll vote on Tuesday as that day is also our parent/teacher conference that day/evening, so that decided for us not to leave town until Wednesday morning.
