Default Loose capri pants for 7yo?

DN wants some loose capris (not jeans - wants something soft and comfortable), but all I can find are tight leggings. Any ideas?

Any idea how long/short of a capri she is wanting? Only asking because Walmart usually has a selection of long shorts--long meaning past DD's knees, but not 1/2 way down her calf. (She's 5'2", and a size 14 in girls still goes past her knees in their longer style.)

Old Navy seems to have several choices.

No walmart around here. She is quite tall though so likely shorts won't work. Hoping to order something. Thanks anyway!

The Children's Place used to have capris. Their website isn't cooperating with my phone.

Kohl's has a few, including this style: http://m.kohls.com/product/prd-28012...tab-capris.jsp

How loose do you want them to be? Like regular (non-skinny) pants, or just not skintight?

If it's the latter, try these:

They're leggings, but the material is (or, used to be -- I bought them before they were temporarily discontinued a few years ago) nice and thick and kind of flowy, as opposed to the more form-fitting texture of most knit leggings.

For about a year, they were DD2's absolute favorite pants, and that was after her no-leggings phase had begun.

I found several styles of girls capris on the ON website, but they're all denim and basically look like mid-calf jeans. Depending on how short you/she can tolerate, ON has some Bermudas, such as:

I just got DD these at Gap, she says they're comfy:

I just got these for my 9yo DD from H&M and they are adorable. They're a chambray type material, very light weight, not denim at all.
