What else is going to go wrong? DH left early Tuesday morning for a 2.5 week trip. DD got her 6 month shots on Wednesday and was a hot mess: incredibly inconsolable and clearly in pain and distress. Even holding her and walking around did nothing. She*is such an easy, happy baby that I was stumped on how to comfort her. Only tylenol helped. Friday I noticed DS1 had a rash, and by Saturday morning he had hives all over his body--even the palms of his hands by the time we got to the pedi.*Now today our A/C broke.*It's too hot to even have a drink. DH hasn't even been gone a week. What's next?!?

Oh no, how horrible!
Our AC has stopped working 4 times lately (freon line busted when they did our pool excavation) so I definitely feel your pain there. It's terrible to be hot and miserable!

I had a similar experience when DH traveled for several weeks last month, I feel your pain! I hope it improves!

Oh and I somehow tweaked my lower back so it hurts to bend over, especially to get DD in and out of her crib.

He had an "id reaction". Apparently his poison ivy got infected and week and a 1/2 later caused all the hives. I was freaking out because I thought poison ivy was cropping up again all over his body! But fortunately with the antibiotic treating the infection and antihistamines, he's doing better.
