This might be too floppy for some, but I got this hat at Old Navy last summer and I really like it. I also have a big head, and it comes in two sizes.

I was at Costco today and saw that they still had the 2017 version of the Solar Escape Grasslands Hat. The 2016 version that I bought last summer is the same Grasslands hat, but in a different, slightly darker color and a thicker feeling weave. The new one for this year is definitely more straw/light colored. They are $12.99 regular price at Costco, but I believe are reduced to $9.97 at some Costcos (YMMV). I also noticed that for the 2017 version I saw today, some were definitely looser and fit better on my head, while others were super tight. This is all based on the adjustable inside string. However for the 2016 version that I bought last year, I could not seem to get the adjustable tie to make the hat any looser, so it is still too tight on my head.
