Another commiseration from me! Summers seem to be my hardest season, in terms of losing weight and consistent gym attendance.

But I also don't seem to eat as much rest of year, cuz it's just so hot for me. Instead I seem to go into a holding pattern at same weight every summer, cuz by not hitting the gym and drinking more wine/cocktails cancels out the minimal eating.
