    Default Strattera

DD has been on Intuniv for ADHD for a little over a year. It's worked well enough, but I feel we can do better. She also recently developed a tic, which her doc is concerned it may be related to the Intuniv. So she is starting her on Strattera. Any BTDT?

We tried Strattera for my ds3 for 3 weeks. I honestly didn't see much difference. It might have been helpful in the
mornings at school but he's generally calmer in the mornings anyway. But by end of the morning he was a distracted, jumpy mess. Dh didn't think the Straterra did anything for Ds3. We decided the Concerta was a better fit for him.

They did say it would take a few weeks to see results. DD tried two different stimulants when she was first diagnosed and both made her aggressive. So with that and the newly developed tics, we want to avoid stimulants.
