DS2 has generalized anxiety, a history of MRSA...and poison ivy. Everywhere. Even there. Of course. And his face. Because...boys in the woods.
He starts school on Tuesday. He's a mess.
Sigh.

Get him steroids! Last year DD1 and I both got it and the steroids helped so much. Poor kiddo.

Poor kid!! I second the steroids.
So much this! My last two bouts with poison oak I haven't been able to get rid of it without steroids. And if it's in "delicate regions", the doctor may really want to get a handle on it quickly!
ETA: I have scarring around one eye because of poison oak on my face. The doctors were very concerned because it was that close to an eye. That was my first time getting steroids for it, 12 years ago.

Oh no! Poor guy!!! Add me to the list that says call the doctor and start steroids. It will really help clear it up faster!!
He started steroids this morning. No question. Fingers crossed that it does the trick. He saw the ped on Wednesday and it wasn't bad. It's gotten significantly worse since then.
