I always have, for all 3, but it just occurred to me that maybe that's strange and unnecessary (at least under spanx, which I don't own but plan to buy this weekend for upcoming event). Just curious if that's normal...

One of the benefits of spanx is no panty lines, so unless you are wearing a thong you are sort of defeating one of the purposes of wearing them.

Under tights yes, not always pantyhose either (although I haven't worn a pair in ages).

I wear the vanishing edge panty underwear (bikini) from Soma under all my pants, they have a silicone strip that really keeps them in place, I wear them under yoga pants/leggings. I don't do yoga in my yoga pants though, if I did, I'd probably not wear underwear as it would probably be annoying.

Am curious to see if this thread goes crazy like past yoga pant type threads lol!!! Those were fun!

Yes, all 3. I wear them under everything except swimsuits and sometime pajamas.
