Classic American food?

I am having a going away party for friends from another country that are moving back to their home country. We are doing an American theme and I want to serve classic American food. What comes to mind for you as a quintessential American food?

Mac n cheese
Hot dogs/burgers
Lasagne
Cobb salad
Pot roast
Cornbread

You could also go with geographic locations like key lime pie for FL, sourdough bread for SF, grits for the south, etc....

Yes, it will not be a healthy night! I do have a couple ideas for regional things so now looking for American in general items.

Roast turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, and a vegetable
Fried chicken, biscuits, etc.
Meatloaf with mashed potatoes and a vegetable
Chili with cornbread
Barbecue with baked beans and cole slaw
A deli-style bar with pastrami, corned beef, turkey, rye bread, cole slaw, half sour pickles, etc.
Hot dogs & hamburgers, macaroni or potato salad, corn on the cob, baked beans, salad, etc.
