Yes, but it you are on the shorter side I would make sure tights and shoes are the same color, to lengthen legs.

I agree, I find sometimes booties really cut up the leg, I can't pull it off, I'm 4'11", my legs are long but I just find that a bootie makes me look clunky and my legs aren't heavy. With that dress I would wear a shoe like the model had or a pump/open toe. It's a cute dress!

I like the sandals like the model is wearing. Imho if the dress didn’t have the bell sleeves then I would be okay with the booties; but if I already owned the booties and didn’t need to buy a pair of shoes I would just wear them.
