I’m so glad! I definitely find that there’s a learning curve to the IP that I’m still on. It’s not as easy as a stovetop recipe. I have to find my own timing, amounts of liquid, etc. for the dishes I like to cook, and chicken breast is the hardest, I find, to time so it’s juicy and not dry. Chicken thighs are much more forgiving! I’ve ended up eating some not-so-great dishes until I was able to get the timing right. It’s worth it, though, in my opinion, because once you do figure it out, you’ve got another cooking method that’s pretty set-it-and-forget-it, and you can cook things quickly, right before meal time, instead of having to set everything up in the morning as you would with a slow cooker.
