Ours was 15 years old, so it was on the older side.
Drying out process continues. Our dry out guy is really nice, so that has made this a more pleasant experience.

Ok, time to find the paperwork from when we bought our house and see how old ours is... we have lived here 6 and a half years and I am thinking it was about 3 years old when we moved in? Might be time to start looking at new ones.
