Default Does anyone have any new favorite Christmas Songs?

Please help me get out of my Christmas music rut!

I live Enya’s “And Winter Came,” except for one song. The album is not very new, but most people aren’t familiar with it. She sings a couple of classics with her own stylistic twist and several of her own songs. They are not as “new age-y” as most of her work (though I love her other albums too).

Ooh! I love Enya but don't know the album. Off to play it. Thanks so much!

So I'm laughing at myself now for saying the songs aren't as "new age-y." I listen to Enya so much that it all seems "typical" to me. So maybe they are just as much in that style. Which is fine by me.

I don't like the song "Time Flies." My favorite is the one about the different colors--I can't remember what it's called. "Green is in the mistletoe, and red is in the holly."

Do you listen to the Straight No Chaser and/or Pentatonix albums?

Sia. She's one of my favorite artists. I bought her Christmas album last year on Amazon when it was released. I didn't realize Target has her album with 3 extra songs. I would love to get those extra songs, but not keen on paying for another CD. Never mind that I recently realized I don't really have a CD player anymore! Only 1 car has a player. https://www.amazon.com/Everyday-Chri...hristmas+album

I like a lot of the songs on Postmodern Jukebox’s Christmas album.

I just learned about Postmodern Jukebox because it was playing as background music during lunch at a work conference. Everyone was asking the conference staff what the music was. So excited to learn there’s an Xmas album.

I love their music in general. I describe them as Kidz Bop for Grown People.

Yes! I adore them, probably too much! I had been listening pretty much only to them, Jewel’s Christmas album from 1999, and older school Christmas classics. I’m excited to expand my repertoire!
