    Default Oil of oregano

Does anyone take this when sick, and do you find it helpful? I’ve heard it called “nature’s antibiotic.” If so, what dosage?

I take it - I just put a few drops into water or my morning tonic. I really do think it works.

Do you take it all the time or just when sick?

I thought these are capsules? Oil of Oregano not Oregano essential oil which should NEVER be ingested unless directed by a certified aromatherapist.

I prefer olive leaf extract especially if sinus related.

Oil of oregano comes in capsules or tincture not essential oils. I also have Olive Leaf and wasn’t sure which is better to take or for how long.

I take for axute situations only.

Often oil of oregano and oregano EO are confused so just want to be sure.

I've used Olive leaf extract with good success for sinus issues

We have used oil of oregano and olive leaf extract as natural antimicrobials when sick. Both have antiviral and antibiotic properties.

Here's the one I have. Just the WF brand. It's in olive oil as a carrier. https://www.instacart.com/whole-food...regano-1-fl-oz

I take it when I feel sick but I also just drop a few drops into my morning tonic when I think of it (usually if someone else in my house is under the weather or I'm not getting enough sleep/am extra stressed/about to travel).

I also sometimes drink the Real Good Juice Co. Feel Good shots that have oil of oregano in them (among other things). It isn't this one (although I like this one too) - it's another one with tumeric, oil of oregano, ginger and black pepper etc. but I can't find a product link. One of our local WF stores carries them, but not all so I think it's a semi-local thing. https://www.instacart.com/whole-food...amer-shot-5-ct
