Hawaii help for a newbie

We've been to Oahu (briefly), the Big Island, Kauai and Maui. Kauai sounds like a great fit, except that there is no volcano. I'd still go with Kauai though. We're headed there in August - cannot wait! We're splitting our time between the north side of the island and the south side, but there's really no NEED to - it's a small drivable island. We haven't finalized our plans since it's still many months out, but here's what's on our itinerary so far:

• Hiking, LOTS of hiking
• Napali coast boat tour
• Snorkeling
• Beach time
• Pineapple farm tour (seriously amazing pineapples)
• Kayaking
• Waterfalls
• Canyon hikes
