    Default alternative quilted sneakers?

I bought myself Steve Madden quilted sneakers and it was VERY uncomfortable for me. Especially back heel which is too high as kept digging in my back heel.

any other recommendations for more comfortable pair of quilted slip on sneakers? I was bit surprised how uncomfortable the Steve Madden was as I have 3 other different shoes by him and just found them to be quite comfortable. Bummer.

No personal experience, but why don’t you try Rothys slip on sneaker. Or vans?

I finally got around to ordering a pair of the SM quilted sneakers and I was so disappointed with the fit. I found them so uncomfortable and sent them back. I ordered a pair of the Rothys slip on sneakers to replace them.

I saw a woman in Starbucks rocking Sam Edelman slip on sneakers. Maybe look for those?

Let me know how you like them! I am thinking about getting some as well as I love the two pairs of pointy flats I have. I have large wide feet though so I may not be able to pull off the style. Do they run small as well?

    I think FitFlop makes some.

I like ECCO slip-ons. They have many kinds, but not sure about quilted style specifically.

I just ordered these as I am looking for something to wear when we go on our cruise in June. I want something other than my athletic shoes.

I have last years’ version of the first pair of keds you posted. I wore them in Europe last summer. They were super comfortable and didn’t scream American tourist. I hope they work for you!

So funny that you mention American tourist because my sister is soo convinced we will look like American tourists because everyone in Europe dresses up all of the time, and Americans are very casual. She is planning on wearing maxi dresses with some sort of Ecco like lace up sneakers. I can’t bring myself to wear something like an Ecco lace up sneaker like that because they remind me of the shoes my Grandma wore and for years I have been trying to avoid wearing Grandma shoes because I have large wide feet and Grandma comfort shoes are about all that is made to fit my feet.

I just did a search and found this article, but I wonder if it is really true?
