Renting DVC points

Anyone have any experience renting Disney Vacation Club points? Good or Bad experiences? Any soecific company yoi would recommend. Thinking of renting some this fall. Thanks,

Davids is the most used one. I used to get emails about last minute deals, and they were decent priced. I personally have not rented, but they get good reviews on the disboards and tugbbs (timeshare rental forum) I think you can browse his site to see what it would cost you.

We bought from David's about 5 years ago. The downside is that you have to reserve pretty far in advance (something like 6 or 7 months for the popular resorts) by entering a contract with an owner and once you do, the points are not refundable. But it is much cheaper than booking through Disney.
