Shoes for this dress?

I bought this dress for the summer. I need shoes. My brown or metallic sandals don’t quite work. Neither does my black slides. DH think its needs to be white, the model is wearing white, but I don’t want block heels. Should I look for flip flops, t strap sandals? I have fussy feet. Any suggestions?

I think nude would work really well, and/or espadrilles.

I don’t love those. They are a bit “old” with the wide straps.

What color would you suggest... I’ve been looking st getting a pair of vionic flip flops... there’s a navy dot in the dress .. feeling that better than a white .. or maybe a neutral

I think navy espadrilles would work well. I don't think the white shoes look all that great on the model.

I feel like my tortoise ones are a great neutral. Of those I might consider the pewter. I have a thing against white shoes. Pretty much reserve them for brides and senior citizens.
