Past 3 years I've bought a Banana Boat Kids sunscreen in a big yellow pump bottle. It didn't sting my kids' eyes, and it had titanium and zinc instead of chemical sunscreen. I paid like $10 for it the past 3 years on Amazon, and the bottle would pretty much last all summer. I loved the pump bottle because I could apply it one handed and my kids could get the right amount for themselves.
Now this year it's apparently discontinued, replaced by something called "Banana Boat Simply protect" which is probably the same sunscreen w different marketing, without the pump bottle. And they are selling last years' sunscreen for $24 now.

That's been our go to lotion for years too (I don't have any strong feelings about the pump dispenser though) but couldn't you just buy this year's version of BB you like and put it in a pump bottle? Maybe it'll take like 5 minutes of your day.
