Athleta is my go-to for swimwear!
Recent thread https://windsorpeak.com/vbulletin/sh...85#post4330085
I don't think I look like a grandma in my Athleta or Lole tankinis. Victoria's Secret has some really nice styles too https://www.victoriassecret.com/swim...iece-swimsuits
Macy's has a bunch in the stores.
The thread linked above was mine. I am sure I would have found stuff from Lands End I liked, but since I can't return locally anymore I didn't want to have to pay for returns. I found tops I liked at Athleta, but none of the bottoms in store fit. My last resort plan was to order the full tide bottoms online and return if I didn't like them, but I was hoping to not spend $150-200 for a single swimsuit. I ended up with one from Target that was fine. It's not fabulous, I don't absolutely love it, but it was a good value for price/convenience solution for me. (Side note: do I find it ridiculous that I'm a size 2/4 pants, had to buy a size medium bikini bottom, but the size small swim shorts bottom is a little big? Yes. This is why I hate shopping for swimsuits. I don't care what size I am. I just wish I were A size instead of either no size at all or 3 different sizes...)
Edit: This is what I ended up getting: https://www.target.com/p/women-s-rac...51#lnk=sametab
DS 2/14
DD 8/17
Athleta is my go to. I wait for sales. I like that I can buy separates and bra sized tops. I need underwire for sure.
Mom to two amazing DDs ('07 & '09) and a fur baby.
Gluten free since Nov '11 after non-celiac gluten sensitive diagnosis. Have had great improvement or total elimination of: migraines, bloating/distention, heartburn, cystic acne, canker sores, bleeding gums, eczema on elbows, dry skin and scalp, muscle cramps, PMS, hair loss, heart palpitations, fatigue. I'm amazed.
I was not impressed with Athleta’s tankini styles this year. I have worn their two piece suits almost exclusively for the last 7-8 years. I also found the bottoms ran a little small. This is the one I tried.
Red Blousy tankini
I feel the same about Lands End....unless I need a staple item now that I can’t return to Sears I won’t be shipping there much.
I ended up with two one piece suits because I am going on a cruise and I wanted to try something different than the two two pieces I have that are going on 4 years old, but I am not 100% sold on either yet:
Athleta Navy striped one piece
Gap Blue Floral lace up one piece
I might have to look at Target as well.

I returned about 4 swimsuits to Athleta, and one to The Gap and ended up with a super cute one piece suit from Target. https://www.target.com/p/women-s-lac...68#lnk=sametab
Target has so many great options this year!
FWIW I haven’t bought a one piece suit since 2010 after I had Dd2.
