    If you’re staying at the swissotel, ask for a lower floor where you can walk up and down if needed. They have a huge problem with the elevators every time I’ve been there and it’s been crowded, like 10minute waits for the elevator (this is mostly going down, going up is OK)

    Definitely keep your eyes peeled, check sites like trivago, you can set alerts to let you know if the price drops. There are so many hotels around that area.

    What about the Lowe’s? That one is newer and on the north side of the river so you closer to shops and restaurants in the mag mile.

    We stayed at the Hyatt two years ago for $100/night. We used Hotwire and chose a 4 star hotel in that area, all of which have good reviews, so it didn’t matter which one we got.
