    I just started doing a version of this with our quartzite. We have the TJ’s kitchen cloths hanging on a tension rod under the sink, and I wet part of one with the instant hot water and wipe away.

    Sound like the method or seventh generation cleaners may be good for special occasions.

    I use Method spray like once a week to make nice and shiny but I just use hot water and soap the rest of the time, which cleans but doesn’t make it as shiny.
