Do you use a whole body vibration machine?

I just started using a whole body vibration machine and am already feeling positive effects from it. I was really skeptical for a long time, but recently heard so much about them in a couple of online groups, and people rave about them. I posted a deal on the machine I got in the Deals forum just now, but wanted to hear from others who are using one and what they have experienced.

For us, I've put my dad on it, and he is 79. For him, I want to see better circulation, lymphatic system cleaning, balance improvement and greater bone density. My kids love using it, and say that they feel so good after using it. I feel energized after using it, and will be incorporating more exercises as I go along. Please share your experiences!

I heard they have them at Planet Fitness, and some chiro and PT centers are using them.

The clinical research is in its infancy stage on this, but here's the most recent that has been posted in a couple of my online groups (done on mice, so you can't extrapolate 1:1, but it's published research in a respected medical journal):

I thought it was the water massager bed that my Chiro has, that thing is amazing!!!!!!!!!! Interesting concept, I'll be following this idea.

I have considered one for my mother due to the claims about bone density, but all the doctors in the family have been very meh on the topic. Which is not to say it is a no, more that they prefer techniques proven to work with a lot more research behind them.
