I got it for my daughter. She thought it was okay and didn't ask me to reorder. I know she REALLY loves another brow product -- but I forgot the name of the cosmetic company. I think it is also only online and often on Instagram. Glossier!!!

Yes it is an eyebrow pencil. It is shown drawing like 4 fine lines at one time, so it looks more realistic. Or at least it does in the ad. I havent found a single person IRL who has tried it. I dont even trust all the comments at this point under the ads.
