I have a “black and white” thing I have to go to and had to buy a white dress. It’s fancy-ish (black suits or tuxes for the guys) but it was also recommended that the shoes be wedges and not heels because of the location. I have heels that would go but my wedges are not really right for the dress. Help

Metallic definitely gives me better options to wear with another dress. Wedges are because of cobblestones apparently. Probably my best bet although a block heel might work. Some good options. Thanks

I would do block heel unless the wedge is pretty wide. Some wedges are very narrow and would be way easy roll an ankle on cobblestone!
