Default Favorite Room Temperature Appetizers for Cocktail Party

I am part of a cookbook club and this month the theme is appetizers--but no specific cookbook. I have an appetizer I love but it has to be kept warm and for this get together I need a room temp appetizer that is really yummy. I would love your ideas and recipes--thanks!!!

Oh my goodness, there are so many, I don’t know where to start. Some of my favorites:
Figs with goat cheese or Gorgonzola wrapped in prosciutto
    Watermelon cubes with goat cheese
Baby potatoes scooped out with sour cream or cream fraiche and caviar
    Blini bar
Cucumbers slices with things on them
    Thai summer rolls
Small toast with ricotta, pecan slice and sprinkled with pistachios
Deviled eggs, you can make all kinds
    Cheery tomatoes stuffed with things
    So many to choose from!
You can go to epicurious, got to the advanced search and fill in the parameters to get ideas.

This, but I substitute Nutella filling and top with cinnamon sugar instead unless you love kalamata olives.

Caprese skewers. Grape tomatoes, mozzarella cubes, basil.
    Prosciutto and melon.
    Bruschetta
Some sort of toast point or crackers with an olive tapenade.

Lot of yummy choices. Good luck!

This is always a hit. I use a jar of Major Grey Chutney and serve with Carr's table water crackers.

.... it would help if I included the recipe:

I get the prucuitto/salami wrapped mozzarella, Sam's has it for 13.00 for about 15 rolls, they always go first at the parties I bring them to.

mikala- I tried making this but when I added the top/second puff pastry, I had the hardest time getting it off the parchment paper. Any tips?

Was it fully thawed? I've used Pepperidge Farms and Trader Joe's pastry and haven't had any problems with sticking yet. I usually thaw, roll the two layers out a little bit so they are each big enough for a dinner plate (might use a tiny bit of flour if dough is too sticky), trace around a plate with paring knife to cut each layer, fill and then stack, cut, twist. Good luck! I hope the mistake was still tasty
