I am looking to purchase a few Patagonia jackets for the holidays. I am noticing that they are often excluded from most sales or discounts. Where is my best bet? I am looking at Nano Puff and Better Sweater.

I would suggest the REI outlet or Backcountry. Usually they will have last year's models/colors for sale. I bought my husband a navy blue better sweater for ~$70 recently.

They do run sales on their website from time to time, up to 50% off. Quick search on Slickdeals shows February and August for the sales, but that they also ran one November 7 last year. So maybe sign up for their emails or keep checking their website.

I received a postcard from them recently for 10% off any purchase. Maybe sign up on their website for emails/mailings? I feel like I received one last year as well.
