I hate hiit!
I can totally tell this is what I need to do to get more fit.
I do 2 workouts per week with weights. My muscles are getting stronger and I'm sore almost every day afterwards!
I try to hike 2 times per week.
I'm trying to do two HIIT workouts a week through my NIKE fitness trainer app. The workouts are about 20 minutes and they are SOOOOO hard. I hate every second of them. Yet I can TELL that they are pushing me like nothing else I do during the week. I don't get sweaty at the weight class. The hiking is tiring in a good way. I huff and puff and my muscles get sore. But the intensity of the HIIT class I feel my flab working like its never worked before, lol.
Do I have to??
How I can like doing this more?
Anyone else out there with me on this?
