    I have ground beef leftover from dinner last night to use so will just be using beef. TIA

    This is hands down my favorite recipe. I usually (but not always) make the sauce from this recipe too -- I don't think I've ever done the spaghetti in wine part though.

    I normally use half sausage half beef, but as I review the recipe I see it's written for all beef, so should work well for you!

    The video has helpful tips. It uses a mix of pork and beef.... so, maybe try it again later when you have both.

    Recently, I've been substituting grated zucchini (drained) for the bread to make it low carb and have had great success. Enjoy!
