I have never seen that. I am 42 and have worked in government for 20 years. I am also in Junior League with a wide variety of people aged 25 to probably 80 and I have never seen that.

Never seen that, seems really odd to me.
Not commonly, but I've seen it in work situations. If I'm writing something just to my (two) siblings, I'll usually use their names if I'm starting the email, and if I'm replying and intending the message for both of them, I'll usually just start the body of the email without any sort of salutation.

pretty common -- I see it a few times a week in work emails.

Never seen it. Seems weird to me. Reminds me that I despise when non-southern people address others as "Y'all" in conversation or email--mostly because the person saying it is trying to appear congenial or casually say something, but is not genuinely so.
I haven’t seen it but somehow it doesn’t feel weird to me.
I've never seen "Both". Would prefer "All" to "Both."

All is for multiple people
Both is for two
i don’t use it but it is the (??) grammatically (not sure I mean grammatically, maybe syntactically) correct form to use if you would have used ‘all’ if it were multiple people

My sister has never used “Both” in an email before. It’s probably used at her new job. I’m sure it’s quicker to type than the people’s names. I think it’s weird, so I won’t use it, especially in an email to family.
