Grief--as you know--is a powerful force. Take care of yourself and your daughter. Take space when you need it, but please accept help when you feel able. We're all isolated these days with the pandemic, but connect with others if that would help (your daughter too). Years ago I found a local group that connected mourners and trained volunteers. It was helpful, maybe you have a similar organization.

When you are feeling up to it Michelle Steinke-Baumgard at “1FitWidow” is AMAZING. She has a webpage/blog and active FB presence. She offers tons of comfort and has a large community of people going through the same as you. She also has lifestyle challenges (food, fitness, journaling, yoga, etc) to help refocus as well.
