    Default Online yoga

Anyone got any recs for yoga online. My 17 yr old DD and our neighbor would like to follow a class outdoors together.
They are both athletic soccer plays so more into that side of things than meditation, and neither have done any before, so easy to follow instruction would be great. They will follow on phones outside. Free is good but happy to pay if not too expensive.

    Thanks
    Lucy DD3/03

Yoga with Adriene on youtube. Fitbit is offering a free 90 day trial to their premium account right now, so I joined that and want to try different stuff on it. I read that Peleton also has a free 90 day access on the app and they have yoga too. I've done a few on the Nike app, but didn't care much for them.

Yoga with Adriene fan. I’ve been following her for years. She’s easy to modify the level. I’m currently on a 90 day in a row streak and the muscle definition in my arms is amazing.

Mom to two amazing DDs ('07 & '09) and a fur baby.

Gluten free since Nov '11 after non-celiac gluten sensitive diagnosis. Have had great improvement or total elimination of: migraines, bloating/distention, heartburn, cystic acne, canker sores, bleeding gums, eczema on elbows, dry skin and scalp, muscle cramps, PMS, hair loss, heart palpitations, fatigue. I'm amazed.

Do you do her 30 day series or just pick and choose sessions?

Not Wendi, but I just pick and choose what I have time/need for that day. But I haven't been doing a 90 day steak, that is amazing Wendi!

I usually start with one of her 30-day series and then continue on with her monthly calendar. I love the practices she curates in the monthly calendars as there’s a nice theme and a good mix of strength and ease and different length practices (she’s usually good about having the longer practices on weekend days). I just finished March 2020. Sometimes though I’ll substitute for a different video if I find I need something longer, shorter, or working a different part of the body. But I stick to the calendar 90% of the time.

Thanks! I get up early (which some days is hard) and get it done before the family wakes up and my work day begins. My body just feels so much better the rest of the day that it’s my motivation to drag my butt out of bed.

Do you purchase the monthly workouts? I’m on her website but can’t seem to find the monthly workouts. Thank you!
