I asked a similar question ages ago and the winner for me was Sketchers slip on sneakers. Mine had bungee laces. The heels eventually broke down (3 years later) and I replaced with new ones with regular laces. They come untied all the time. I recommend slip on style or the bungee laces.

I was going to recommend the same! I had the kind with bungee laces and loved them. They lasted several years, and now I need to get a new pair.

Look on Amazon for Tiosebon Mesh sneakers for women. (I'm having trouble linking on my phone). I bought some in light gray last year right before our trip to Kauai after seeing them on Sheaffer Told Me To blog. I figured for $30, they were worth a try. I LOVE these sneakers! I wear them with really thin no show socks and they are so comfortable, airy, and actually really cute on. Sheaffer has them in a peachy pink color which I really like the look of, but I got gray because I was replacing a pair of gray sneakers that had broken down. I wore them all over Kauai (except the beach) including a 3 mile hike on a hot and humid day, and they were super easy to slip in and of at the airport too.

I love my Sperry's for that type of thing: https://www.sperry.com/en/crest-vibe...ew-all&start=1

My family vehemently hates them though, so maybe they're not stylish or cute....but I like them, so that's what counts!

I have these from Ryka and I really like them (I have them in the spring denim color which is more gray than blue):
