I chatted with a Shutterfly rep and she helped me. The offer says "Up to 50% off everything". I'm not getting 50% off
but I am getting 30% off.

I'm having trouble getting the order to go through though. The online chat feature closed awhile ago so I can't chat
with a rep. But I did send them a message through Facebook. I'm concerned because the deal ends today.

That really sucks. I had that happen a few years ago and the following day, I chatted and they honored the code because it was due to their site delays.

I have had the same happen, and I chatted as well and was granted the sale price. It never hurts to ask!
